Body
WHEREAS, due to an unanticipated increase in parking costs, there are inadequate funds to cover employee parking expenses and an additional $64,920.00 is required to finish the year; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover these costs; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the fund balance of 2008 General Fund be and hereby is made:
