Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 11486, dated October 28, 1996, the Legislature did authorize the execution of a Site Agreement with T-Mobile Central LLC f/k/a APT Kansas City, Inc., to allow the location of a cellular telephone tower and associated equipment adjacent to the Jackson County Sheriff's Headquarters at Fleming Park, for specified rental payments; and,
WHEREAS, T-Mobile has now proposed to increase the area under the lease to allow for the installation of additional equipment, for increased rental payments; and,
WHEREAS, the Sheriff and Director of Public Works recommend the execution of the attached Amendment to Site Agreement to give effect to this proposal; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Amendment to Site Agreement with T-Mobile Central LLC.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
