Body
WHEREAS, the County and the Missouri Department of Conservation desire to develop an Outdoor Skills and Education Center within Landahl Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Outdoor Skills and Education Center will benefit the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to execute the attached Memorandum of Understanding, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Missouri Department of Conservation.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
