Body

WHEREAS, the County has a need for t-shirts and wearing apparel; and,

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 1054.6 of the Jackson County Code, 1984, the Director of Purchasing recommends the award of a twenty-four (24) month term and supply contract for the furnishing of t-shirts and wearing apparel for use by various County departments to Raytown Screen Print of Raytown, MO, under the terms and conditions of Electronic Solicitation No. BB200531 as the best and lowest bidder; and,

WHEREAS, a total of twenty-one (21) solicitations were distributed and ten (10) responses were received of which five (5) were determined to be "Non-Responsive". The following five (5) bids were evaluated:

WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any specific amount. The availability of funds for specific purchase is subject to annual appropriations; now therefore,
