Body
WHEREAS, the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department has recommended that the schedule of park fees and charges be adjusted to impose fees for new services and decrease three existing fees; and,
WHEREAS, said adjustments, as reflected in the attached Schedule I, are in the best interest of the citizens of the County; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Schedule I, Chapter 50, Jackson County Code, 1984, is hereby repealed and a new schedule enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Schedule I, to read as follows:

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
