BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

The 11 ± acres are approximately 1/4 of a mile east of Elsea Smith Road on the south side of Blue Mills Road and is legally described as:

All that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 50 North, Range 30 West, located in Jackson County, Missouri being described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; Thence N87?26'46"W along the North line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 672.18'; Thence S2?33'14"W, a distance of 692.19 feet to the Point of Beginning and the centerline of Blue Mills Road (as now established), recorded in Book B-558, Page 465 in the office of Recorder of Deeds, in Independence, Jackson County, Missouri. Thence S45?44'50"W along said centerline, a distance of 371.70 feet on a curve to the right having a radius of 1432.42 feet and tangent to the last described course; Thence along said curve to the right an arc distance of 131.62 feet; Thence S4?34'50"W, a distance of 686.12 feet; Thence N45?44'50"E, a distance of 804.23 feet; Thence S44?15'10"E, a distance of 6.50 feet; Thence N45?44'40"E, a distance of 681.27 feet to a point on the South line of Lot ...
