WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200387 for the furnishing of mattresses, bedding, and linens for use by the Department of Corrections; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, he has recommended that award be made to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in estimated awards to the following vendors:
