BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 20 ± acres are approximately 1/4 of a mile east of Union School Road on the north side of Yocum Road and specifically described as:

The E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 50 North, Range 31 West, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, said point being 1317.95 feet, N87?42'10"W from the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 16; thence along the South line of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, N87?42'10"W, 658.98 feet to the SW corner of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of Section 16; thence along the West line of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, N02?16'11"E, 1328.51 feet to the NW corner of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16; thence along the North line of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, S87?46'18"E, 658.45 feet to the NE corner of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16; thence along the East line of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 16, S02?14'49"W, 1329.30 feet to the SE corner of the E ½ of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, said point being the point of beginning.
