BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 36.5 ± acres is west of 150th Street which intersects with County Line Road and more specifically described as:
A portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 47, Range 29, Jackson County, Missouri described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 33; thence S 2?26'39"W along the East line of Section 33 for 2012.90 feet; thence N 87?50'10"W parallel to the North line of Section 33 for 1362.64 feet to the Southwest corner of OSAGE HIGHLANDS LOTS 2 THRU 7, for the Point of Beginning; thence continue N 87?50'10"W for 1343.05 feet to the West line of the Northeast Quarter Section 33; thence N 2?17'18"E along said West line for 1814.34 feet; thence S 43?06'06"E for 1194.36 feet; thence Northeasterly along a curve to the right, radius 60.00 feet, tangent bearing N 46?53'54"E, delta 132?46'53", for 139.05 feet tangent to a curve to the left; thence along said curve, radius 25.00 feet, delta 49?40'47", for 21.68 feet; thence S 50?00'00"E to and along the Westerly line of OSAGE HIGHLANDS LOTS 2 THRU 7, for 385.19 feet tangent to a curve to the left; thence along said curve, radius 320.00 feet, delta 10?30'...
