WHEREAS, due to the ice storm in January 2002, a transfer within the 2002 Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the cost of overtime and the rental of miscellaneous heavy equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
