Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written proposals on Request for Proposals No. 12-02 for a license to provide concessions services at the Frank White, Jr., and 140th and Holmes Blue River Softball Complexes; and,
WHEREAS, the only bid received was from J. E. Gross Concessions of Blue Springs, MO, in the amount payable to the County of $2,250.00 per month for seven months; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing has recommended that award be made to J. E. Gross Concessions of Blue Springs, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the highest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that a license to provide concessions services at the Frank White, Jr., and 140th and Holmes Blue River Softball Complexes is awarded to J. E. Gross Concessions of Blue Springs, MO, for a monthly fee payable to the County in the amount of $2,250.00 for seven months; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to execute any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
