BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. A conditional use permit for 25 years to construct a 208 foot (200 foot self-supporting
tower, 8 foot lightning rod) above the ground commercial construction tower, subject to restrictions
attached, under the Unified Development Code, is hereby approved as to a certain tract of land
described as follows:
A 0.78 + acre tract of land generally located at the Northwest corner of Missouri State
Highway 7 and Cowherd Road (Mary Carolyn Fox Trustee Property) and fully described as a tract
of land being circular in slope and located in the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 19, Township 48, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri: Commencing at the point of
intersection of the West right-of-way line of Mo Route 7 and the North right-of-way line of Cowherd
Road, said point of commencement being 1331.58 feet East and 30 feet North of the Southwest
corner of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 19; thence N 01x 45' 15" E along the West
right-of-way line of Mo Route 7, a distance of 10.92 feet; thence N 88x 14' 45" West a distance of
230.57 feet to the point of beginning; thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 104.00 feet and
an arc distance of 653.45 feet, and a central angle of 360x 00' 00", terminating at the point of
beginning and containing 33,979 square feet more or less.
