WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney and Fiscal Commission have recommended the appropriation of additional funds so as to be available for additional contracts with outside agencies in 1995, as is more fully set out in the attachments hereto; and

WHEREAS, these additional contracts are all subject to legislative approval; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the appropriated surplus of the 1995 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
