BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1997 Grant Fund to cover the In School Truancy Prevention Program grant awarded by the City of Kansas City, MO, on a pass-through from the Missouri Department of Public Safety and the transfer of matching funds:
