WHEREAS, the Environmental Health Division of the Public Works Department has a need for internet provider services to host an online food handler training program; and,

WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids on Request for Proposals No. 53-18 for the furnishing of this service to provide for departmental needs for the upcoming twenty-four month period, with one twenty-four month option to extend; and,

WHEREAS, a total of eight notifications were distributed and six responses were received, one of which was determined to be non-responsive, with the remaining responses from the following:

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Director of Finance and Purchasing, and that the Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award ...
