Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 Assessment Fund is necessary to cover unanticipated education expense for training of mapping personnel on new Intergraph equipment; and,
WHEREAS, the amount of this education expense is $16,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, in order to fund this expense a transfer within the 1998 Assessment Fund is necessary; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1998 Assessment Fund:
