AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 87 + acre tract and approving the preliminary plat "Rock Ledge Estates," creating a 16-lot residential subdivision.

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Legal Description: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Quarter Section, Thence along the North Line of said Quarter Section South 87 degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds East 795.93 feet to the most Northeasterly Corner of a tract of land deeded to Tusifolau and Vennie Atagi Jr., said point being the True Point of Beginning, Thence continuing South 87 degrees, 19 minutes 43 seconds East 837.53 feet to the Northwest Corner of a tract of land deeded to Henry and Jane A Semrau, Thence along the West Line of the aforementioned tract South 02 degrees 07 minutes 56 seconds West 1319.72 feet to the Southwest Corner of said tract, Thence along the South Line of said tract South 87 degrees 27 minutes 59 seconds East 330.19 feet to the Southeast Corner of said tract, Thence along the East Line of said tract North 02 degrees 07 minutes 56 seconds East 4.38 feet to the Southwest Corner of a tract of land deeded to William L. and Brenda D.
