Body
WHEREAS, funding for three positions within the House Arrest Program was inaccurately reflected as regular salary; and
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funding in the proper account; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
