BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:

The 8.5 ± acres are located at the southeast corner of Harris Road and Haines Road and specifically described as part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 24, Township 47 North, Range 31 West, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said NE ¼ of the SE 1/4; thence S 02?16'53" W along the west line of said NE ¼ of the SE ¼, a distance of 657.53 feet to a point, said point being on the south line of the north 20.0 acres of said NE ¼ of the SE ¼; thence S 87?30'25" E along the south line of said north 20.0 acres and parallel with the north line of said ¼ ¼ Section, a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the east line of the existing R/W of Harris Road; thence N 02?16'18" E along said east R/W line, a distance of 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 02?16'53" E continuing along said east R/W line, a distance of 338.64 feet; thence continuing along said east R/W line on a curve to the right with a radius of 257.94 feet, an arc distance of 406.12 feet; thence S 87?30'25" E continuing along said R/W line, a distance of 338.16 feet; thence S 02?16'18" W, a distance of 597.53 feet; thence N 87?3...
