INTRODUCED BY Scott Burnett, County Legislator

Body
WHEREAS, James and Florence (Mangiaracina) Mancuso were married on April 27, 1949, at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church; and,

WHEREAS, James has worked as a liquor salesman for over 30 years and is semi-retired; and,

WHEREAS, Florence has spent her married life as a domestic engineer, dedicated mother, and grandmother; and,

WHEREAS, James and Florence have lived in the Columbus Park area of Kansas City for over 50 years; and,

WHEREAS, they are members of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and parish council; and,

WHEREAS, James and Florence have been blessed with five sons, Michael, John, Jimmy, Vincent, and Victor, and two daughters-in-law, Lauretta and Janet; and,

WHEREAS, they also have five wonderful grandchildren, Jimmy, Jay, Angela, Florence, and Christi Jo; and,

WHEREAS, James and Florence take great pride in their family and enjoy spending time with them; and,

WHEREAS, in return, they are well respected and loved by their family; and,

WHEREAS, a mass will be said for James and Florence at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in honor of their anniversary; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature congratulates James and Florence Mancuso on the occasion of their fiftieth wedding anniversary, and wishes them many more happy years together...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
