Body
WHEREAS, the City of Independence has submitted a request for easements along the Little Blue Trace Park for the Tapawingo Watershed Sanitary Sewer and Eureka Sanitary Sewer; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has determined that these easements will have no adverse effect on the Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, has reviewed and approved the easements; and,
WHEREAS, the Department and the City of Independence have negotiated and recommend the terms of the attached easement agreements; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached easement agreements are hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreements on behalf of the County...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
