Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Buckner Tarsney Road Project, No. 2264, to relocate certain waterline facilities; and,
WHEREAS, to effect this relocation, the County and Public Water Supply District 15, have negotiated the attached agreement, with the costs of the relocation be eventually borne by the County; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
