WHEREAS, a transfer within and appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Sewer Fund are necessary for emergency repairs to the Trophy Estates Sewer System; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer and appropriation be and hereby are made:
