Body
WHEREAS, 12th Street Heritage Corporation has requested $25,000.00 to continue its anti-drug prevention program, previously implemented under a subcontract with Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, pursuant to Resolution 14421, dated December 17, 2002; and,

WHEREAS, the COMBAT Commission and Prosecuting Attorney recommend the expenditure of these funds; and,

WHEREAS, in order to fund this expenditure, a transfer is necessary; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
