Body
WHEREAS, the Recorder of Deeds and Parks and Recreation Departments and Sheriff's and Prosecuting Attorney's Offices have certain surplus vehicles, motorcycles, and miscellaneous items of equipment that have become obsolete and unusable, further described and itemized on the list attached hereto marked as Exhibit A; and,

WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends that said surplus property be declared obsolete and unusable, and the attached documents reflect the recommended disposition of this property pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the surplus property within the Recorder of Deeds and Parks and Recreation Departments and Sheriff's and Prosecuting Attorney's Offices, further described and itemized in Exhibit A, be and hereby is declared obsolete and unusable, and that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
