BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 25.8 ± acre tract of land generally located 1/4 of a mile east of Twyman Road on the north side of Blue Mills Road and specifically described:

All that part of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 50, Range 31 in Jackson County, Missouri as described in Document No. I-1279906 in Book I-2568, Page 2021, and further described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 14; thence South 87 degrees 52 minutes 46 seconds East along the North line of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 14 a distance of 1053.68 feet; thence South 02 degrees 23 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 1061.01 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Blue Mills Road; thence following seven courses all being along said right-of-way line of Blue Mills Road; thence South 89 degrees 01 minutes 57 seconds West a distance of 447.32 feet to a point of curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 1521.73 feet on an arc distance of 127.15 feet; thence North 05 degrees 45 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 5.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left having an initial tangent bearing of South 84 degrees 14 minutes 43 seconds West and a radius of 1526.73 feet an arc distance of 206.0...
