WHEREAS, transfers within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund are necessary to cover salaries for additional maintenance workers for the Public Works Department and for in-house construction of culvert projects; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfers; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 1995 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
