Body
WHEREAS, certain personal property located in storage at Blue and Gray Park, namely one 1988 Dodge Diplomat four-door sedan, serial number 1B3BG2643JW172033, has become excess to the County's needs; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus and recommends that the vehicle be donated to the Cedar County Sheriff's Office; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of said surplus property by way of donation to the Cedar County Sheriff's Office...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
