AN ORDINANCE repealing and replacing Resolution 22169 dated February 9, 2026 and appropriating $20,683.00 within the 2026 General Fund and awarding a contract to LCPtracker of Orange, CA, for an additional single software package for use by the Compliance Review Office for non-profit partnership grants, at an actual cost to the County in the amount of $20,683.00, as a sole source purchase.

Body
WHEREAS, the Compliance Review Office requests the purchase of LCPtracker as a single software package contract for use monitoring non-profit supplemental funding grants; and,
WHEREAS, the software would be needed to monitor the submission in which contractors are able to submit weekly certified payrolls, apprentice letters, OSHA 10 cards and other documentation required by Chapter 19 of the Jackson County Code, providing a portal for communications and saves all records in a file for future use; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the funds needed for the required technology in the appropriate spending account; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1030.1 of the Jackson County Code, the Directors of Finance and Purchasing and Compliance recommend the acquisition of an additional single software package monitoring from LCP Tracker of Orange, CA, as a sole source purchase; now therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED by the Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2026 General Fund be and hereby is made:
