Body
WHEREAS, the Legislative Auditor has announced the appointment of Crissy Wooderson as Chief Deputy Auditor; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to § 260.3.a, Jackson County Code, 1984, this appointment is subject to confirmation by the County Legislature; and,
WHEREAS, the confirmation of Ms. Wooderson's appointment is in the best interests of the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the appointment of Crissy Wooderson as Chief Deputy Auditor, be and hereby is confirmed.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
