RESOLUTION NO. XXXXX

Body
WHEREAS, the County's banking and investment brokerage companies require the adoption of a resolution updating the County's designated Authorized Signers; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive, Director of Finance and Purchasing, and Clerk of the Legislature currently serve as the County's designated Authorized Signers per resolution 19048; and
WHEREAS, it is also appropriate that if another financial institution working with the County needs similar designation, that this Resolution should also serve as such; and,
WHEREAS, the execution of these documents is in the best interest of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Jackson County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive, the Director of Finance and Purchasing, and the Clerk of the Legislature be and hereby are designated as Authorized Signers on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all County officials be and hereby are authorized to execute any and all documents and take any other actions necessary to give effect to this Resolution.
