WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to fund the procurement of online legal publication and research service for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 Federal Forfeiture Fund:
