Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the funding for the Jackson County Sheriff's Department's 1996-1997 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
