IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI

AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RR (Residential Ranchette), a certain 33.4 + acre tract and approving the preliminary plat "Breezy Meadows," creating a six- lot residential subdivision.

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

A 33.4 + acre tract of land generally located 1/2 mile south of Hendricks Road on the west side of Bynum Road (State Hwy. V-V), more specifically described as the east 870 feet of the south 48 acres of the southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 47, Range 30 and the east 870 feet of the north 52 acres of the northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri.


Section 2. The preliminary plat "Breezy Meadows," creating a six-lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved.

Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Phil Butler (RZ-96-028), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on May 16, 1996, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
