BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 5.7 ± acre tract of land approximately 1/10 of a mile south of Pink Hill Road on the west side of Dillingham Road and generally described as:

All that part of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 22, thence South 01 degrees 01 minutes 05 seconds West along the East line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 22 a distance of 426.24 (Plat = South 0 degrees 44 minutes 21 seconds East, 426.14 feet) to the Point of Beginning thence continuing South 01 degrees 01 minutes 05 seconds West along the East line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 22 a distance of 545.90 feet; thence North 88 degrees 15 minutes 43 seconds West a distance of 545.79 feet; thence North 01 degrees 44 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 429.57 feet to a point on the South line of SUNRISE ACRES, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri; thence South 87 degrees 20 minutes 43 seconds East (Plat = South 89 degrees 05 minutes East) along said South line a distance of 35.54 feet; thence North 78 degrees 44 minutes 17 seconds East (Plat = North 77...
