BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 19.5 ± acres are approximately 1/4 of a mile north of Truman Road (Mo. Route FF) on the west side of Outer Belt Road (Mo. Hwy. H) and specifically described as:

Part of the East 60 acres of the North half of the Southwest quarter, and also that part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter lying West of Missouri State Route "H", all in Section 8, Township 49, Range 29, in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 49, Range 29; thence North 01 degrees 21 minutes 41 seconds East (Deed=North 01 degrees 21 minutes 31 seconds East) along the East line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8 a distance of 1332.12 feet (Deed= 1331.62 feet) to the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence North 86 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds West (Deed= North 85 degrees 41 minutes 31 seconds West) along the South line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 8 a distance of 560.72 feet; thence North 04 degrees 29 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 1328.21 feet to a point on the North line of the Southwest quarter...
