Body
WHEREAS, Missouri Gas Energy has submitted a request for a temporary construction easement along the Blue River Parkway at Holmes Road in connection with the Missouri Department of Transportation's Holmes Road Bridge replacement project; and,
WHEREAS, the County has determined that the easement for temporary construction will have no adverse effect to the park; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached easement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the easement on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
