Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Longview Road at Blue Ridge Project No. 2075-3, Tract Nos. 25, 23-1, and 23-2, to acquire rights-of-way, temporary construction easement, permanent retaining wall easement, and permanent drainage easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of Heigl Mortgage, Tony and Kathy Ryff, and Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., in the amounts of $5,900.00, $553.00, and $3,287.00, respectively, said properties being more fully described in the conveyance instruments, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and,

WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said rights-of-way, temporary construction easements, permanent retaining wall easement, and permanent drainage easement, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed these conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $9,740.00; therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the 1995 County Urban Road System Fund: DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
Unappropriated Surplus $9,740 Div. of Administration Public Works Dept. County Urban Road System Kansas City City Projects $9,740
