A RESOLUTION declaring certain personal property as surplus personal property and authorizing its disposal.

Body

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Management Information Systems Departments have certain personal property, itemized on the attached documentation, that has become excess to the County's needs; and,

 

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus; therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the personal property itemized in the attached documentation be declared surplus, and that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code.

 

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
