BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1997 General Fund to cover the cost of courtroom computer equipment for the Circuit Court funded by donations from local attorneys:
