BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

Description: A 8.59 ñ acre tract of land generally located one-half («) mile south of Stringtown Road on the west side of Knorpp Road lying in Part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 47, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: From the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 32, run thence North 2 degrees 10' 30" East along the East line thereof, 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning of the Tract to be described; thence North 89 degrees 57' 36" West parallel with the South line of said Northeast Quarter 660.00 feet; thence North 2 degrees 10' 30" east parallel with the East line of said Quarter Section, 567.05 feet; thence South 89 degrees 57' 45" East, 660.00 feet to a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter of said Section 32' thence South 2 degrees 10' 30" West along said East line, 567.08 feet to the true point of beginning. Subject to the Right of Way of Knorpp Road and any existing easements.
