BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 24.2 ñ acre tract of land generally locate 1/4 of a mile north of Stringtown Road on the west side of Hedgecock Road and specifically described as a tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri.

COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28; thence North 89 58'56" West, along the South line of said Southwest Quarter Section, a distance of 1994.56 feet (meas.) 2006.07 feet (deed); thence North 2 20'40" East, 643.50 feet East of and parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter Section, a distance of 821.55 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89 58'56" East, parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter Section, a distance of 952.90 feet, to a point in the approximate centerline of Hedgecock Road, as it presently exists; thence North 21 39'55" East, along said approximately centerline, a distance of 146.28 feet (meas.) 140.87 feet (deed); thence North 30 05'00" East, along said approximate centerline, a distance of 270.70 feet; thence North 23 03'51" East, along said approximate centerline, and it's northerly prolongation, a distance of 498.61 fe...
