Title: Pursuant to the authority granted under section 2050., Jackson County Code, 1984, I hereby appoint the Director of Collection, the Director of Assessment, and the County Counselor, to jointly act as the County Executive's deputy for the correction of errors in the County's tax rolls, as authorized by sections 2050.-2056, of the code. Each action taken under this executive order must be evidenced by a written document signed by a representative of each of the aforementioned officers. This executive order formalizes the County's longstanding administrative procedure known as "Ordinance 54".

RE:                                           APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY PURSUANT TO SECTION 2050, JACKSON COUNTY CODE

 

 

Title

Pursuant to the authority granted under section 2050., Jackson County Code, 1984, I hereby appoint the Director of Collection, the Director of Assessment, and the County Counselor, to jointly act as the County Executive’s deputy for the correction of errors in the County’s tax rolls, as authorized by sections 2050.-2056, of the code.  Each action taken under this executive order must be evidenced by a written document signed by a representative of each of the aforementioned officers.  This executive order formalizes the County’s longstanding administrative procedure known as “Ordinance 54”.
