WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Longview Road at Blue Ridge Project No. 2075-3, Tract No. 39, to acquire a right of way, temporary construction easements, retaining wall easement, and permanent drainage easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of Guy and Janet Smith, and Claude D. and Kathleen January, in the amounts of $14,355.00 and $80.00, respectively, said property being more fully described in the conveyance instruments, copi s of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said right of way, temporary construction easements, retaining wall easement, and permanent drainage easement, and to settle the claims for damages and have executed these conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $14,435.00; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the 1995 County Urban Road System Fund: DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
Unappropriated Surplus $14,435 Div. of Administration Public Works Dept. County Urban Road System Kansas City City Projects $14,435
