Body
WHEREAS, the "Night Light" program is funded by the Family Court Division and provides evening and late night supervision to juvenile offenders who are determined to be at high risk of re-offending; and,

WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney recommends the transfer of anti-drug sales tax grant match funds in the amount of $16,754.00 to support the Night Light program, which amount is to be used for Kansas City Police and Jackson County Sheriff's Office's overtime expenses and for incidental program support; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
