Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Hillside School Road Project, Tract No. 3, No. 2327, to cause certain damage to the property of a certain property owner, Paul E. Thompson, in the amount of $770.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owner has agreed to settle the claim for damages in consideration of the total payment of $770.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $770.00 in the name of Paul E. Thompson, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
