Body
WHEREAS, various County departments have a need of architectural services on an as-needed or on-call basis for various stages of County projects; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Finance and Purchasing issued Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 23-080 for on-call architectural services; and,
WHEREAS, notifications were distributed, and three responses were received and evaluated from as follows:

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1054.6 of the Jackson County Code, the Directors of Public Works and Finance and Purchasing recommend the contract for the furnishing of on call architectural services to be awarded to SFS Architecture, Inc., of Kansas City, MO; and,
WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any specific amount, with the availability of funds for specific purchases subject to annual appropriation, with estimated spending not to exceed $2,000,000.00; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended to the Directors of Public Works and Finance and Purchasing and that the Director of Public Works be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award and any extensio...
