Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded a grant by the Office of State Courts Administrator for the Domestic Relations Programs for Parents and Children project which addresses the need to provide information and classes to individuals who represent themselves in dissolution, modification, and paternity proceedings; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
