Body

 

WHEREAS, Ordinance 3663, dated August 22, 2005, must be repealed to permit the passage of the transfers in Resolution 15619, dated August 29, 2005; therefore,

 

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Ordinance 3663 be and hereby is repealed.

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
