BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description:
A 3 ± acre tract of land generally located 1/4 of a mile south of Ryan Road on the east side of Stony Point Road and more specifically:
Commencing at the S.E. corner of the East ½ of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 10, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri; thence N 1° 52' 05" E (Grid Bearings) along the East Line of said East ½ of N.W. 1/4 for a distance of (1274.68 feet, deeded) 1273.68 measured; thence N 87° 32'43" W, a distance of 1304.77 feet to the West Line of the East 59 acres of the South 60 acres of said East ½; thence N 1° 52' 02" E along said West Line, a distance of 188 feet to the true point of beginning of this tract; thence N 1° 52' 02" E a distance of 252.90 feet; thence (S 89° 23' 59" E platted) S 87° 32' 43" E a distance of 358.05 feet; thence N 1° 52' 02" E a distance of 250 feet; thence S 87° 32' 43" E a distance of 80 feet; thence S 1° 52' 02" W a distance of 512.25 feet; thence N 87° 32' 43" W for 206.00 feet; thence N 78° 13' 12" W a distance of 57.70 feet; thence N 87° 32' 43" W a distance of 175.21 fee to the point of beginning.
